The Hua Xian Chinese Society partnered with Dukes Theatre to present the first ever staged performance of the ancient tradition of Cantonese Opera in Lancaster.
The Manchester Cantonese Operatics Society performed a collection of short extracts of the most popular plays in the Cantonese Opera canon accompanied by a full traditional Chinese music ensemble.
