This year we welcomed the Year of the Dragon in style with a feast and vibrant event in Lancaster in a packed venue at China Buffet.

As well as a full freshly served buffet by the restaurant, guests were treated to a incredible programme of performances with traditional Chinese Gizheng music, Lancaster’s own Indonesian Angklung Orchestra who also got the crowd moving with dancing too. This was also followed by Eygptian Belly-dancing and ended with a fantastic demonstration of Tango.

It had been a incredibly successful event raising money for charity and a fun day had by everyone. We would like to thank all the local businesses and organisations who sponsored and supported this year’s celebrations, we could not have done it without you all!
