The Hua Xian Chinese Society were back with it’s biggest celebration of Chinese arts and culture for Lancaster’s Chinese New Year Carnival in 2016!

On Sunday, 31st January Lancaster’s streets were bustling with families and visitors who came down to see performances and the parade. Musicians, dancers, carnival artists and and martial artists from Morecambe to as far away as Sheffield and Liverpool to celebrate the start of the New Year in the East Asian calendar.
